This pattern was published by an independent pattern company or one of the many patterns sold through newspapers and magazines. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' and Misses' Dress. Slashed from Neck, underfaced and rolled. Collar and Tie-strings in one. Kimono sleeves lengthened with sections gathered into wristbands. Two-piece skirt, laid in inverted plaits, attached to waist in scalloped outline." Minimal directions. Pattern dates circa 1928-1929.
Suggested fabrics: Dress with kimono sleeves was made of silk flat crepe, silk warp crepe Viennese, printed all-silk flat crepe, rayon and cotton crepe and silk and cotton crepe.
