Fitted bodice with Bertha ruffle or short sleeve. Scalloped tie collar and removable belt." Detailed directions. Pattern dates circa 1930-1932.
Suggested fabrics: Silk flat crepe, rayon and cotton flat crepe, Japanese pongee, rayon chiffon, silk crepe satin, and rayon flat crepe. The colors were black, bleu royale, garland green, China blue, and rose beige.
