This pattern was published by The Peerless Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' Nine-Gored Skirt, in round length and habit style - all seams, except center-back, finished in tuck fashion to flounce depth." Minimal directions. Pattern dates circa 1900.
Suggested fabrics: Alpaca, mohair, lawn, chiffon, muslin, velvet, silk, and wool. The colors were darker shades of blue, green, red, brown, gray and black.
