Facsimile of shape book, "Goody Two Shoes", originally published in Hamburg, Germany c. 1865, for the British Market.  Similar to shaped books printed in America during the mid-nineteenth century.  This tale was one of the 18th century's most popular moral tales, this version was adapted for a later audience c. 1865.  Completely illustrated with striking chromolithographs.  Softcover, 16 pages
