This Women of the Medieval Romanesque Period pattern set is for a complete ladies wardrobe! It is suitable for representations of both upper and lower class circa 1060 and 1150. Included are: Chainse (Chemise), Cotte (Tunic), Bliaut (Over-tunic) in two lengths with 3 styles of sleeves and neck openings, Instructions for mantle (cape), circlet, wimple and veils. Accompanying the sewing instructions are notes on period fabrics, colors, sewing stitches, hairstyling and trims.
